TERMINAL SERVICES COORDINATOR (FIXED TERM)

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Container Terminal Gate, Rail, and Depot team as a Terminal Services Coordinator for a fixed-term period.
Key responsibilities:
- Container dispatch to truck for Import
- Container receipt by truck for export
- Managing container company (NZL/UCL) movements in collaboration with Logistics
- Using gate systems (Propel Import/Export, VBS, N4) to support customer service
- Supporting operational delivery and enhancing customer value
- Promoting a Zero Harm workplace through our Just Safety Culture
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
- A collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the transport or shipping industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
This is an approximately 3 month fixed term opportunity to assist in our busy season, with the possibility to extend.
Must have current eligibility to work in NZ.
