Operations Systems Specialist
We are looking for an Operations Systems Specialist to help keep our Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) and other operations related systems running smoothly. You will work closely with frontline users and external customers, translate operational needs into system outcomes, and contribute to meaningful improvements across the operations.

What we are looking for:
- A self-motivated individual capable of proactive oversight of the Terminal Operating System to ensure day-to-day service delivery and development of systems capacity
- Working with customisable operational focused computer systems
- Partnering with system users to understand problems and develop solutions
- Creating a plan and following it through
- Strong relationship management and systems acumen
- Experience with Navis N4 or logistics systems would be an advantage
- Familiarity with the UN/EDIFACT standard and its use in EDI translators to interface between customer and internal systems would be an advantage
