We are seeking a Health and Safety Administrator to join our dedicated team. This full-time role offers 30 hours per week, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, the Health and Safety Administrator will play a key role in supporting the core administrative functions of the Health and Safety team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
  • Performing system maintenance to keep health and safety databases up to date
  • Minute taking during health and safety meetings
  • Conducting equipment audits
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth communication and planning

What we’re looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Demonstrated high standard of integrity and professionalism
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and take initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams

We are looking for a proactive team player who is always ready to roll up their sleeves and help out wherever needed.

You will be a quick learner and will be able to multi-task and deliver in a busy environment, with strong attention to detail.
