Ever wanted to work at Napier Port? What about driving trucks? We operate lots of impressive equipment here at Napier Port, from small forklifts right up to the biggest trucks in town. We’re looking for an Ancillary Operator to join our team.

Ancillary Operators are members of the Container Operations team who are responsible for providing cargo solutions in a 24/7, 365 day a year environment. We are currently looking for an Ancillary Operator who can work day and afternoon shifts (40 hours per week).

What do I need?

1. A great attitude
2. A minimum of a full class 5 driver’s license 
3. Experience in truck driving

Key priorities for this role include:

• Truck and water cart driving – both on and off port
• Sweeper truck driving
• Debarker Control Room operations
